1. Who we are.
maxvel.pro is operated by MAXVEL LIMITED (reg. no. HE 429460, VAT CY10429460Z), Panteli Katelari 13, house 4, 7040 Oroklini, Larnaca, Cyprus — the controller of your personal data. Privacy contact: Maxvel.kitchen@gmail.com.
2. What data and why.
When you submit a form we receive name, phone number, email (optional), area of interest and message. We use it to answer your request and prepare a quote; legal basis — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your IP address is used only for spam protection and site security (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)) and kept for no more than 30 days. Providing data is not mandatory, but without a phone number or e-mail we cannot reply.
3. Recipients.
A request sent from this website reaches our managers in a private Telegram group, including your name, contact details and message. Your IP address is not sent there. Telegram's servers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), and there is no European Commission adequacy decision for them. We transfer the data there because it is necessary to answer your request before a contract is concluded (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). The website is hosted on a server in the Netherlands (EU) by Timeweb Cloud; this company is registered in Russia, and there is no European Commission adequacy decision for Russia. On our server the request is kept only until it is delivered to Telegram. Request messages in the Telegram group are not deleted after a fixed period; if you want your request deleted, write to Maxvel.kitchen@gmail.com and we will delete it within one month. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation, your name and phone number are processed by the WhatsApp service (Meta group) and by our own system on our server in the EU. We write from the company's business number. Some replies may be prepared by our automated system, which runs on our server; we tell you when a reply does not come from a person. We keep the conversation for up to 6 months after the last message, or, if it relates to a request or an order, for as long as that request or order is kept (section 4). We send offers on WhatsApp only with your consent or as our customer; to opt out, reply "stop".
3a. Customer bot in Telegram. If you connected the bot with the "Receive messages in Telegram" button, we keep your Telegram identifier and username to send you notifications about your order: links to the quote and documents, payment and event reminders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The bot does not read or store your messages: to any text it replies that the chat is for notifications only. We record only the fact of sending: time, type of message and result. We send marketing in the bot only if you consented or you are our customer, and every marketing message has an "unsubscribe" link. The /stop command turns off marketing; the "Turn off order messages too" button switches the bot off completely; if you block the bot, we stop writing to this channel. Telegram's servers may be outside the EU (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the identifier when you switch the bot off or ask us to at Maxvel.kitchen@gmail.com; the sending log is kept for 12 months (marketing entries for 6 years, to prove the lawfulness of mailings).
3b. Event photos.
On the website we show photos of food, table settings and venues. We publish recognisable people only with their consent, and children only so that they cannot be recognised. If you recognise yourself and want a photo removed, write to Maxvel.kitchen@gmail.com and we will remove it within 7 days.
4. Retention.
For how long requests are kept, see section 3. If you become a client, order documents are kept for 6 years as required by Cyprus tax rules.
5. Cookies.
The site stores in your browser only what is strictly necessary: your language and your cookie choice. Analytics, videos, maps and embedded social-media posts load only after your consent. You can refuse with one click and change your choice via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. Fonts are served from our own server.
6. Your rights.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Write to Maxvel.kitchen@gmail.com; we reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy) or the authority in the country where you live or work.
7. Marketing.
We send marketing messages only with your consent. If you are already our client, we may offer our similar services; you can opt out in any message.
